سه هديه
Three Gifts
Three sons left home, went out on their own and prospered. Getting back together, they discussed the gifts they were able to give their elderly mother. The first brother, Donald, said, "I built a big house for our mother." The second brother, Robert, said, "I sent her a Mercedes with a driver." The third brother, Joseph, said, "You remember how mom enjoys reading Shakespeare. She can't see very well, so I sent her a remarkable parrot that can recite the complete works of Shakespeare. It took trainers 12 years to teach him - he's one of a kind. Mama just has to name a poem or a play and the parrot recites it." Soon thereafter, Mom sent out her letters of thanks. "Donald," she said, "the house you built is so big. I live only in one room, but I have to clean the whole house." To her second son, she wrote, "Robert, I am too old to travel. I stay most of the time at home so I rarely use the Mercedes. And that driver is so rude! He's so much trouble!" Finally, to her third son, she wrote, "My dearest Joseph," she said, "the chicken was delicious!"

misbelief:
Belief یعنی عقیده و نظر، پس misbelief، میشود نظراشتباه.
[People thought the earth was flat until Colombus corrected that misbeleif.]
misfire:
تیر به هدف نزدن، خطا در تیراندازی
[The bear escaped when the hunter's rifle misfired.]
mishap:
hap مخفف happening یعنی اتفاق و رخداد. mishap یعنی بدشانسی، یا اتفاق بد و ناگوار.
[Right after the collision, each driver blamed each other for the mishap.]
mislay:
lay یعنی گذاشتن و قراردادن. mislay یعنی گم کردن، گذاشتن چیزی در جایی که فراموش کردهایم.
[Yesterday, I mislaid my biology book, and it took me about a half an hour to find it.]
mislead:
یعنی آدم را به اشتباه انداختن، چون lead یعنی هدایت و رهبری کردن.
[Some traffic signs are so confusing that they mislead the traveler.]
misstep:
گام اشتباه
[Quitting school is a misstep that you may regret for the rest of your lift.]

صفتها
| عنوان : صفت فاعلي / مفعولي |
|
|
|
1- صفت فاعلی : با افزودن پسوند ing به آخر فعل ساخته می شود. |
|
(خسته کننده ) tiring / ( گیج کننده ) confusing / (جالب) interesting |
|
2- صفت مفعولی : قسمت سوم ( اسم مفعول) هر فعل است که معمولاً به t / en / ed ختم میشود. |
|
(خسته) tired/ ( شکسته ) broken / (هیجان زده) excited |
|
|
|
(a cleaned house) |
 |
|

In this house I am close to the wet loneliness os grass
I hear the sound of gardens breathing
The sound of the darkness raining from a leaf
The light clearing its throat behind the tree
the sneeze of water from every crack of a rock
The whisper of the swallow from spring"s rooftop
من در این خانه به نمناکی نمناک علف نزدیکم
من صدای نفس باغچه را می شنوم
و صدای ظلمت را -وقتی از برگی می ریزد
و صدای سرفه روشنی از پشت درخت
عطسه آب از هر رخنه سنگ
چکچک چلچله از سقف بهار

I can herar her paces
www.zabihjavanbakht.blogfa.com
I can hear her paces Gentle and light Nature becomes fresh in her fragrant appearance Trees sprout Birds begin singing And rivers start singing the life melody
صداي قدم هايش را مي شنوم
آرام و سبك
طبيعت با عطر حضورش تازه مي شود
درختان جوانه مي زنند
پرنده ها نغمه خوان مي شوند
و رودخانه آواز حيات سر مي دهند
Yesterday's frozen and wintry nature becomes like a paradise with her pleasant breeze,
And trees forget all the cold memories on the auspicious arrival of spring.
دنياي بي روح و يخ زده ي ديروز با نسيم دلنشينش چونان بهشت مي شود
و درختان تمام خاطرات سرد زمستاني را به يمن ورود بهار از ياد مي برند
I was thinking;
Maybe I am just like this nature.
And until my heart is the prison of bitter memories, it won't host the spring!
My heart shook! How can I forget?
But…forgiveness in not naivety, it’s not forgetfulness…
Forgiveness is a present for our heart, to become weightless, to be peaceful & mellow.
I clean my heart from hatreds and annoyances, to welcome the spring full of affection, love and truthfulness…
Calm and light, like the spring…

The strength of a man
قدرت و صلابت يك مرد
The strength of a man
The strength of a man isn't seen in the width of his shoulders
It is seen in the width of his arms that encircle you
قدرت و صلابت يه مرد در پهن بودن شونه هاش نيست
بلکه در اين هست که چقدر ميتوني به اون تکيه کني و اون ميتونه تو رو حمايت کنه
The strength of a man isn't in the deep tone of his voice
It is in the gentle words he whispers
قدرت و صلابت يه مرد اين نيست که چقدر بتونه صداش رو بلند کنه
بلکه در اينه که چه جملات ملايمي رو ميتونه تو گوشات زمزمه کنه
The strength of a man isn't how many buddies he has
It is how good a buddy he is with his kids
قدرت و صلابت يه مرد به اين نيست که چند تا رفيق داره
بلکه در اين هست که چقدر با فرزندان خودش رفيق هست
The strength of a man isn't in how respected he is at work
It is in how respected he is at home
قدرت و صلابت يه مرد به اين نيست که چه قدر در محيط کار قابل احترام هست
بلکه در اين هست که چقدر در منزل مورد احترام هست
The strength of a man isn't in how hard he hits
It is in how tender he touches
قدرت و صلابت يه مرد به اين نيست که چقدر دست بزن داره
بلکه به اين هست که چه دست نوازشگري ميتونه داشته باشه
The strength of a man isn't how many women he's Loved by
It is in can he be true to one woman
قدرت و صلابت يه مرد به اين نيست که چند تا زن عاشقشن
بلکه به اين هست تنها عشق واقعي يه زن باشه
The strength of a man isn't in the weight he can lift
It is in the burdens he can understand and overcome
قدرت و صلابت يه مرد به اين نيست که چه وزنه سنگيني رو ميتونه بلند کنه
بلکه بستگي به مسائل و مشکلاتي داره که از پس حل اونا بر بياد

Fill my cup again, this night will pass, alas.

ترتیب صفت ها در انگلیسی Order Of Adjectives In English
adjective order in English
The "ugly red wooden box" sounds correct, but the "wooden red ugly box" sounds wrong. There is a "rule" describing the order English adjectives are used in:
- Opinion or judgment -- beautiful, ugly, easy, fast, interesting
- Size -- small, tall, short, big
- Age -- young, old, new, historic, ancient
- Shape -- round, square, rectangular
- Color -- red, black, green, purple
- Nationality -- French, Asian, American, Canadian, Japanese
- Material -- wooden, metallic, plastic, glass, paper
- Purpose or Qualifier -- foldout sofa, fishing boat, racing car
So: the "beautiful long curved old red Italian steel racing car"
Take care when applying the rule to categorise the adjectives correctly. For example, "The old rotund man read a short old story about an ugly big bear" seems to follow the rules, yet sounds wrong. In this case, "old" and "short" are qualifiers, not merely size or age designations, because "old man" is a social concept on its own, and "short story" is a genre. And "big ugly" is a "commonplace term".
Other languages have similar rules. In English all adjectives go before the noun (except for a few archaisms and for foreign sounding effect): in French, for example, some adjectives go before the noun and some go after it.

جملات شرطی = Conditional Sentences
باسمه تعالي
جملات شرطی (Conditional Sentences)
جملات شرطی به طور کلی از دو بند (clause) تشکيل شده اند:
بند شرطی (If clause)
بند اصلی يا بند نتيجه (Main clause)
ترتيب قرار گرفتن اين بندها ميتواند به دو صورت باشد:
If clause, + Main clause
يا
Main clause + If clause
همانطور که مشاهده ميکنيد زمانيکه بند شرطی (If clause) در ابتدای جمله باشد، بين دو بند جمله از کاما (ويرگول) استفاده ميکنيم.
جملات شرطی نوع اول (Conditional Sentences Type I)
If John has the money, he'll buy a Ferrari.
"اگر جان به اندازه کافی پول داشته باشد، يک ماشين فراری ميخرد."
توضيح: کسی که اين جمله را گفته است، جان را خوب ميشناسد و ميداند که جان ماشين فراری را دوست دارد و درآمدش هم بد نيست. پس به محض اينکه پول کافی داشته باشد، يک ماشين فراری خواهد خريد.
ساختار زمانی جمله:
if + Simple Present, will-Future
در جملات شرطی نوع اول، در بند شرطی از زمان "حال ساده" و در بند اصلی (نتيجه) از زمان آينده استفاده ميکنيم.
مثال:
If you study hard, you will pass the course.
You will pass the course if you study hard.
در بند اصلی معمولا از فعل کمکی will استفاده ميشود. علاوه بر will ميتوان از افعال کمکی زير هم استفاده کرد:
can, may, should
مثال:
If you don't have enough money, I can lend you some.
جملات شرطی نوع دوم (Conditional Sentences Type II)
If John had the money, he would buy a Ferrari.
"اگر جان به اندازه کافی پول داشت، يک ماشين فراری ميخريد."
توضيح: کسی که اين جمله را گفته است، جان را خوب ميشناسد و ميداند که جان ماشين فراری را دوست دارد ولی درآمدش خوب نيست. جان خيلی دوست داشت ميتوانست يک فراری بخرد ولی به نظر نميرسد که به اين زوديها بتواند آنقدر پول داشته باشد که يک فراری برای خودش بخرد.
ساختار زمانی جمله:
if + Simple Past, would
در جملات شرطی نوع دوم، در بند شرطی از زمان "گذشته ساده" و در بند اصلی (نتيجه) از فعل کمکی would استفاده ميکنيم.
مثال:
If I had the money, I would move to a new house.
I would move to a new house if I had the money.
گاهی اوقات در بند اصلی (نتيجه) ميتوان از افعال کمکي زير هم استفاده کرد:
could, might, should
مثال:
If you studied hard, you could pass the course.
نکته: در جملات شرطی نوع دوم، معمولا به جای "was" از "were" استفاده ميشود.
I wouldn't help him if I were you.

آموزش گرامر انگلیسی - صفتها
صفات
صفات کلماتي هستند که کيفيت و چگونگي افراد، اشياء، مکانها و ... را بيان ميکنند. صفت تنها يک حالت دارد؛ يعني اينکه با اسم مفرد يا جمع، مذکر يا مؤنث بطور يکسان بکار ميرود:
a young man/woman
young men/women
اما تنها موارد استثناء، صفات this و that ميباشند که پيش از اسامي جمع به these و those تبديل ميشوند:
this book - those books, that boy - those boys
مکان صفات
صفتها ميتوانند در موقعيتها و جاهاي مختلفي در يک جمله ظاهر شوند که در زير به مهمترين اين موقعيتها اشاره ميشود:
1- قبل از يک اسم:
a good man, an old car, the green carpet
گاهي بيش از يک صفت، اسمي را توصيف ميکنند:
a good young man, the beautiful green carpet
2- پس از فعل be:
-
You are beautiful.
-
She is fat.
-
The bus is late.
بجز فعل be، افعال ديگري نيز مانند seem، look، become و stay ميتوانند قبل از صفت قرار بگيرند:
3- پس از the، که در اين صورت کلمه اصلي يک عبارت اسمي محسوب ميشود:
the young جوانان
the old پيران
the dead مردگان
the English انگليسيها
